All orders on clearance or sale items are final and non-returnable.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped within 72 hours when possible. However, since many of our products are handprinted or dyed by us, they may not be in stock when you order, if this occurs we will notify you. Orders will not be charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

All items are shipped via US Postal Service. Insurance is not included in shipping cost unless the insurance option is selected during checkout. Rainbow Resource is not responsible for packages lost during transit without insurance. International shipping prices available upon request.
